On September 17, 2008, the Evolution Theatre Company began its second season with the Ohio premiere of the Tony Award winning comedy, The Little Dog Laughed by Douglas Carter Beane. This fresh, forward-thinking group of artists seeks to build upon the success of last year’s season and solidify itself as one of central Ohio’s premiere professional theatres. Uniquely to ETC, our "premiere only" policy ensures that each show is a new theatre experience for Columbus audiences.
If you have attended an Evolution Theatre Company’s production, you are aware of our commitment to presenting an exceptional theatre experience. What you may not be aware of is that revenue from ticket sales account for only a fraction of our operating costs. Like all nonprofit organizations, Evolution Theatre Company depends on the generosity and support of our patrons to fill that critical gap.
