BRAD STEINMETZ is an Assistant Professor of Design at The Ohio State University’s Department of Theatre. His designs for the theatre employ unconventional materials, unique scenic movements, and a mix of high and low technology. His art and design work have been influenced by his collaborations with scenographer Jaroslav Malina, sculptor Malcolm Cochran, architect Tim Lai, and companies like Redmoon Theater and The Builders Association. He is also a founding member of the for/word company where he serves as resident designer and production manager.
