JORDAN FEHR is an award winning actor, five-time award nominated sound designer, and proud company member of Available Light Theatre. Jordan hails from the eastern suburbs of Cleveland and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Music Composition with a minor in Theatre from Denison University. During his time at DU, Jordan was a member of Burpee’s Seedy Theatrical Company, the legendary short form improv comedy troupe, and was a founder of the Denison Independent Theatre Association (DITA), after which time he traveled to British Columbia to learn post-production sound design at Vancouver Film School. Ever since his first play, he has loved theatre and performing. To have the opportunity to make theatre for Columbus with the fantastic people at AVLT is a dream come true.
Jordan’s talent for creating fantastic sonic worlds is evident in the high praise for the video game titles like Super Meat Boy, Donkey Kong Country Returns, Hotline Miami, The Binding of Isaac, Jamestown, Wind-Up Knight, and 20+ other film & game credits. An experienced sound designer, foley artist, and sound mixer (among other things), Jordan brings his skill and passion to Available Light Theatre’s sound design… when Dave Wallingford doesn’t feel like doing it.
