Think Like an Artist. Don't wait.Award-winning Available Light actor and director, Ian Short, leads The Acting Process, a group acting class designed to stretch your creativity and strengthen performance skills. Actors will train together in a fun, collaborative environment to reach the next level in their personal artistry.
The 2018 SPRING CLASS will be on eight Sundays from March 11 to May 6, 2018 with a one week break on April 1.
The class will be held from 10 am to 1 pm at 440 Beecher Road, Columbus OH 43230.
The fee for these classes is $240, with half being due at the beginning of the class and the remainder due halfway through.
The class will include:
- Audition techniques and scene work
- Scene work with a partner (or partners)
- Techniques for connecting deeper with the voice and body
- Moving past just memorizing lines and blocking and learning to truly inhabit a character and a scene
